Viaccess-Orca, a global leader in content protection and enhancement, has successfully integrated the Secure Player business from Discretix into its portfolio. This acquisition brings a diverse array of new customers to Viaccess-Orca's growing client base, including Digiturk, D-SMART, Telecom Italia, and TV4 Group.
The Secure Player is now rebranded as Viaccess-Orca's Connected Sentinel Player, available both as a standalone product and as part of the company’s broader Connected Sentinel solution for IP-enabled content services. This solution forms a key component in VO's TV Everywhere end-to-end solution designed to support multiscreen services.
