It completes the line-up of StarliteHD monitors. Small and lightweight, it operates on the 5.8Ghz ISM band, has a top mounted antenna, and a Sony consumer battery connection at the back. The wireless video connectivity incorporated is without latency, with low loss and with no delay. The range is 200 feet (61 m). See it on the Transvideo stand 11.F31 at IBC. Free of cables, lightweight and with all the reliability, accuracy and fine engineering that Transvideo build into their products, it is the perfect choice for directors, assistant directors, focus pullers and DOPs. These monitors offer a superb and practical display with many analytical features as well as inbuilt recording and playback facilities for H.264 rushes on SD cards. Its compact form factor makes it ideal for weight and size-critical shooting situations. StarliteHD5-ARRI: TRANSVIDEO and ARRI announced at NAB their collaboration on a specially adapted version of Transvideo's StarliteHD 5" OLED monitor. The resulting StarliteHD5-ARRI can control the new ARRI ALEXA Mini and also the ARRI AMIRA. Constructed from aviation-grade aluminum, the rugged StarliteHD5-ARRI monitor is the size of a smartphone and weighs less than 200 g. Working together closely, ARRI and Transvideo have developed a touch-screen interface for the StarliteHD5-ARRI that will allow it to control key ARRI camera functions. The StarliteHD5-ARRI is sold exclusively through ARRI sales channels, while the standard StarliteHD 5" monitor continue to be sold through Transvideo and its distribution network. NEW also, Transvideo will show a PACK starliteHD5, a package consisting of the StarliteHD5 OLED monitor including accessories: Viewfinder adaptor, Sun hood, Transportation plate and Peli case. Alongside with StarliteHD line-up, Transvideo will also launch the following: NEW: TRANSVIDEO will introduce the RainbowFHD, a new generation high-end monitor with ‘Immediate Display”. ’ That is, zero latency or image lag, so no delay for focus pullers or sports announcers in situations where latency is unacceptable. Delivery Q4-2015. A RainbowFHD+ will appear Q1-2016 with advanced functionalities including, LensReader and CineMultiTrack functions and also some 3DView tools for stereographers. NEW: CineMultiTrack is a reliable focus-puller’s assistant. It measures distance on set, consisting of a main display unit and 3 Tags to be concealed on the actors. Each Tag is about 2” x 2” (51 x 51 mm). It tracks with an accuracy of about 10 cm at 50 meters for up to 3 targets, each carrying a Tag.
