StreamGuys has introduced SGcreative, a new audio advertising service developed in partnership with Nueva Network. The platform uses real-time data to deliver location-specific ads to Hispanic and multicultural audiences.
New Audio Advertising Platform
The launch of SGcreative marks a significant step in audio advertising by combining national reach with local relevancy. This technology leverages AI and dynamic ad insertion to tailor sponsored messages based on listeners' specific locations, ensuring content remains timely and relevant.
SGcreative will be demonstrated at the upcoming NAB Show in Las Vegas (April 19-22). The platform is designed to help publishers access national advertising campaigns they might not otherwise participate in, enhancing their revenue streams.
Publisher Benefits
Dara Kalvort, VP of Digital Sales & Strategy at StreamGuys, emphasized the holistic approach behind SGcreative. “We always aim to take a comprehensive approach with new technology, and SGcreative very much aligns with that ethos,” Kalvort said. The technology allows publishers to connect with premium sources of demand, making it easier for them to participate in national advertising campaigns.
Branding and Content
Nueva Network, a multi-platform audio company reaching the US Latino market through terrestrial radio, digital streaming, podcasting, and social media, is using SGcreative to launch Que Onnda Today. This format focuses on time-sensitive, geo-targeted audio segments. José Villafañe, Founder and CEO of Nueva Network, highlighted the importance of authenticity in advertising for the Latino community. “For Nueva Network, serving the Latino community means delivering content and advertising that feels authentic, timely, and meaningful,” he stated.
SGcreative processes real-time data such as weather, traffic updates, and local news to generate sponsored messages dynamically. Each listener receives ads tailored to their location, ensuring a personalized experience. For instance, listeners in Los Angeles might hear an ad followed by the latest LA forecast or traffic update, while those in Chicago receive information specific to their area.
The platform operates across the StreamGuys Ad-Network in top US markets, available in both English and Spanish. This dual-language capability allows it to reach large audiences while maintaining a local feel, making it an effective tool for brands targeting Hispanic and multicultural communities.
