The Swoop range of robotic cranes from Shotoku has been honored with a win in the Camera Support, Control and Accessories category at the 2026 NAB Show Product of the Year Awards. The official awards program recognizes notable new products and technologies showcased at the event.

Designed with safety in mind, the Swoop features multiple intelligent proximity sensors that create a dynamic protective “bubble.” These sensors detect obstacles, stop all movement, and prevent collisions, ensuring a safe working environment.

The winners of the NAB Show Product of the Year awards were selected by a panel of industry experts across 16 categories during a live ceremony on April 22. To be eligible for an award, nominated products had to come from companies exhibiting at the 2026 NAB Show and be delivered within the 2026 calendar year.
