PBT EU Drives Innovation with advanced EXEcutor and SubtitleNEXT solutions to Help Shape an Industry in Transition at IBC2017
At IBC’s 50th anniversary show last week, manufacturer and provider PlayBox Technology EU (PBT EU) demonstrated to a record number of attendees how their customised solutions empower broadcasters, content providers, telecoms, production, and post-production professionals to turn technology challenges into opportunities for growth.
Content management and delivery ranging from various sources to different platforms can be costly and expensive, and that’s where PBT EU’s turnkey products and systems offers of end-to-end support made people pay attention. PBT EU successfully launched its EXEcutor Media Integrator, Sync Master and SubtitleNEXT Central application suite solutions which proved to be a huge hit at the show. SubtitleNEXT Central forms the core of an end-to-end subtitle workflow offering multichannel, multilingual captioning and subtitling modules that support universal subtitle format transcoding and real time live content.
The focused team at PBT EU have their collective pulse on the rapid changes in viewing habits and are aware that captioning plays a vital role in enriching programme data. For some time now, they’ve been proactively creating automated platforms that make versioning captions for online presentation much more convenient and help minimise captioning production costs.
