NVerzion has unveiled a specialized automation solution tailored for the cable market, aimed at streamlining file-based workflow processes and reducing costs for Multi-System Operators (MSOs).

The new package leverages NVerzion's Component Level Automation System Solutions (CLASS), which is known for its flexibility and reliability. According to Scott Murphy, president and CEO of NVerzion, 'Our CLASS automation platform offers redundancy and guaranteed integration with an MSO’s new and existing equipment, enabling seamless installation and continuous operation.'

The system uses software components to control and integrate legacy hardware and software systems into a unified platform. This approach allows cable operators to take advantage of their current infrastructure while ensuring robustness and ease of use.

One of NVerzion's customers, Key Code Media, has reported impressive results from using the CLASS automation solution. Vince Deur, an account manager at Key Code Media, noted that a typical scheduling task was reduced from six hours to just six minutes. 'NVerzion’s automation system provides significant operational efficiencies and is built solid,' he said.

The CLASS package can be customized or delivered as a complete solution, including video server, master control/routing, and character generation components. The platform's full redundancy ensures that cable operators can maintain uninterrupted television presentations even if one or more system components fail.
