NEP Mobile Unit Selects FUJINON 4K UHD Zoom Lenses
A premier mobile production provider has equipped its latest truck, the M-15, with a range of FUJINON 4K UHD zoom lenses. NEP Group's M-15 is a fully 4K capable production truck that will be used for live coverage of events.
The M-15 features eight FUJINON UA107x8.4BESM 4K Box Field lenses, three UA24x7.8BERM 4K UHD lenses, and three UA14x4.5BERD 4K UHD Wide-Angle lenses that complement Grass Valley LDK Series 4K UHD cameras.
According to Glen Levine, President of NEP USMU, the company chose FUJINON lenses due to their high-quality images, compact design, and cost-effectiveness. The lenses are being used to cover Seattle Mariner baseball games for Root Sports Northwest network.
New Lenses Enhance Production Quality
The new FUJINON 4K UHD zoom lenses have already impressed camera operators with their ability to capture tight shots from long distances, according to Levine. The UA107x8.4BESM lens in particular has been praised for its 900mm telephoto and ability to get close-up shots.
NEP's M-15 is also equipped with an IP system that allows for seamless integration of equipment and efficient workflow. The truck will be fully 4K capable, making it an ideal solution for live events that require high-quality video production.
