Moments Lab has released a new plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro, integrating its AI-driven media search solution, MXT-1.5, into the popular video editing software. This integration enables editors to quickly find and use relevant clips from their cloud-based media collections without leaving the Premiere Pro interface.

The plugin establishes a complete synchronization between Adobe Premiere Pro’s project panel and Moments Lab, providing users with direct access to AI-generated summaries, key sequence breakdowns, and compelling quotes. This allows editors to understand video content at a glance without having to watch entire clips.
Efficiency Gains for Editors
Philippe Petitpont, co-founder and CEO of Moments Lab, emphasized the time-saving benefits of this integration. “Editors often waste valuable time switching between interfaces to find the necessary footage,” he said. “Our plugin offers a comprehensive view of content within the Cloud Media hub, enabling them to build rough cuts efficiently.”
Petitpont added that users can transfer clips from Moments Lab to Premiere Pro’s timeline in less than five minutes, streamlining their workflow significantly.
