Miri Technologies said its V410 encoder/decoder won the 2026 NAB Show Product of the Year award in the encoder/decoder category. The V410 is part of Miri's codec line aimed at low-latency contribution and distribution paths where broadcast and streaming handoffs share the same hardware footprint. NAB Show award winners are selected from products demonstrated on the Las Vegas show floor each April. Miri did not publish fresh throughput figures with the award notice. Buyers evaluating the V410 against incumbent encoder farms should still request latency numbers, supported input formats, and redundancy modes for 24/7 chains before swapping truck core gear. The award is a marketing milestone, not a deployment certificate - stations shortlisting the box for ATSC 3.0 or OTT origin paths will want lab time with their own mezzanine formats.
