Teenager's Heart Defect Not Stopping His Music Dreams
Tiger Diamante, an 18-year-old from Wisconsin, has been granted a wish by the Kids Wish Network, with help from Guardian Angel sponsor Sound Devices. Tiger received a brand-new USBPre® 2 audio interface, a portable hardware interface for Mac- and Windows-based digital audio.
Tiger's journey began shortly after his birth, when doctors discovered he had transposition of the great vessels, a rare heart defect that requires multiple surgeries. Despite his health challenges, Tiger has found solace in music production, dreaming of pursuing a career as a producer.
Wish Granting a Reality
Kids Wish Network learned about Tiger's love for making music and decided to grant his wish with the help of Sound Devices. The audio equipment manufacturer donated the USBPre-2 audio interface, which was presented to Tiger at a celebratory party attended by the entire Sound Devices staff.
