GatesAir Names New EMEA Sales Leader
GatesAir, a global leader in wireless, over-the-air content delivery solutions for radio and TV broadcasters, has appointed Andy McClelland as Managing Director, EMEA. Based in the United Kingdom, Andy will lead a team of regional sales managers and technical pre-sales specialists across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India.
Andy brings more than 20 years of experience in the broadcast, cable and telecommunications industries to his new role. He previously held director-level sales roles at Ericsson Broadcast Services, Imagine Communications, and Harmonic, where he excelled at building strong customer relationships and driving go-to-market initiatives.
New Leadership for EMEA Region
Andy's appointment is expected to drive new business opportunities across the region. He will focus on digital transitions, leveraging his expertise in transmission, video encoding, and headend solutions to help broadcasters fully leverage the opportunities that come with the latest digital broadcast standards.
