Forscene, a cloud-based professional video editing software, is poised to expand its presence in the Asia-Pacific region. The company has signed a reseller agreement with Broadcast Engineering Services (BES), a Singapore-based systems integrator and broadcast consultancy.
New Reseller Strategy
The agreement is part of Forbidden Technologies' new Forscene reseller strategy, which defines three categories: post houses that provide Forscene as a service to their production clients, integrators that incorporate Forscene into other technical solutions, and traditional resellers that represent Forscene in territories where language and local knowledge are key.
Regional Expansion
The new partnerships will enable Forscene to tap into the growing demand for cloud-based post-production services in the region. The company has already seen significant interest from potential customers at industry events, including the 2015 NAB Show.
