The Emerald DESKVUE PE, a Multi-Source, Multi-View IP KVM receiver from Black Box, has won an award in the remote production category at the 2025 NAB Show Product of the Year Awards. This accolade highlights the product's capabilities to display multiple systems as individual windows on up to four 4K monitors, including one ultrawide curved 5K monitor.
Seamless User Experience
The device offers users flexibility by allowing them to arrange, resize, or move system "tiles" across the connected monitors. Users can seamlessly switch between systems as they move their mouse from one to another without manual intervention, enhancing productivity in control room environments.
Enhanced Collaboration
Emerald AV WALL, a native software feature of Emerald DESKVUE PE, simplifies the process of displaying a single source on a 2x2 video wall for larger groups. Additionally, Black Box has made it easier to upgrade to a 4x4 video wall solution.
Award Recognition
The NAB Show Product of the Year Award Winners were selected by a panel of industry experts in 16 categories and announced during a live ceremony at the show. This is the second time Black Box has received this award, with Emerald DESKVUE winning in the hardware infrastructure category in 2023.
