Italian News Broadcasters Consolidate Mobile Live Video Uplink with TVU Networks
European Broadcast Development (EBD), the leading service company in the media and television broadcast market in Italy, has selected TVU Networks as its exclusive provider for mobile live video uplink to Italian broadcasters. The multi-year deal will see EBD deploy TVUPack backpack style transmitters, TVU One ultra-compact mobile transmitters, and TVU MLink vehicle-mounted mobile transmitters.
The agreement was facilitated by Professional Show, TVU's official reseller in Italy. EBD provides comprehensive services to over 400 partners across Italy, with offices in major cities including Milan, Rome, Genova, Venezia, Torino, Bologna, Firenze, Napoli, and Palermo.
EBD Chooses TVU for Cellular Mobile Uplink

TVU One is a fifth-generation live mobile IP newsgathering transmitter based on the same reliability, HD picture performance, and under one second latency as TVUPack, but in a substantially smaller, lightweight, and ultra-compact form factor. TVU One features TVU's proprietary Inverse StatMux Plus technology for a broadcast quality picture even in a moving vehicle.
