Audinate Enhances Dante Controller with Wireless Support and Advanced Filtering

Audinate has announced a significant update to its award-winning Dante Controller software, version 3.10. The latest iteration brings several key enhancements, including wireless support, advanced filtering, and device locking features.

The new wireless connectivity feature in Dante Controller 3.10 allows users to manage Dante networks from laptops connected via Wi-Fi, providing greater flexibility and convenience when working with large-scale audio installations.

In addition to the wireless capabilities, the software also includes an Advanced Filter feature that enables users to refine their views of devices on a network. This can be particularly useful in larger networks where there may be multiple devices with similar names or configurations.

The Device Lock feature is another significant enhancement included in Dante Controller 3.10. This allows administrators to remotely lock specific devices on the network, ensuring that unauthorized changes cannot be made to device configurations. The lock can be set using a user-selected PIN code, providing an added layer of security for critical audio installations.
