TV CULTURA covered the final debate between the candidates for the mayor of São Paulo on November 12. The debate took place at the Latin America Memorial, where the 10 best placed candidates presented their campaign proposals. High quality video content of the Debate was transmitted live in 4K-UHD over IP using ATEME’s TITAN UHD solution.
