New York, NY — Goldcrest Post, New York, has begun a major expansion of its picture finishing department with the addition of acclaimed Senior Colorists Andrew Geary and Anthony Raffaele, and Senior Vice President J. Eric Camp. The new team members bring deep experience in feature film and television post-production, further strengthening Goldcrest’s capacity to serve a wide range of scripted and documentary projects.
Geary joins as Senior Colorist and Creative Director following an 18-year tenure at Company 3. His recent credits include The Righteous Gemstones (HBO), Tires (Netflix), Harlem (Amazon), and The Staircase (HBO), along with feature work such as Relay, directed by David Mackenzie, and Blumhouse’s Imaginary, directed by Jeff Wadlow. Known for his ability to shape bold looks across genres, Geary brings a distinct visual style to broadcast, streaming and theatrical work.

Raffaele, also joining as Senior Colorist, comes to Goldcrest from previous roles at Harbor and Deluxe. His portfolio includes See (Apple TV+), Life and Beth (Hulu), Warrior (HBO Max), and The Idea of You, directed by Michael Showalter. Having collaborated with such award-winning cinematographers as Vittorio Storaro, Janusz Kaminski, and Dean Cundy, Raffaele brings deep technical knowledge and an artful approach to storytelling.
Camp joins as Senior Vice President following his role as Vice President at Light Iron, where he oversaw national operations and supported strategic growth. Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade on set as a DIT, working closely with cinematographers and production teams. At Goldcrest, Camp will oversee picture operations, business development, and client solutions.
Managing Director Domenic Rom sees the new hires as a continuation of Goldcrest’s long-term investment in picture finishing. “This is a defining moment for Goldcrest,” Rom said. “Drew, Anthony and Eric share a commitment to high-end work and deep relationships across the industry. Their addition takes our picture finishing capabilities to the next level.”
Camp adds that the opportunity to help grow the picture division was a strong draw. “Goldcrest has a rich legacy on both sides of the Atlantic,” he said. “We’re excited to build on that foundation and leverage our expertise to help Goldcrests capabilities and creative achievements elevate even further.”
