We are a semiconductor manufacturer based in Japan. Our flagship product, an IC (semiconductor) for receiving OTA TV broadcasts, has been adopted by many Japanese automakers, establishing us as a leading company in the Japanese market. This IC is characterized by its excellent reception performance even while in motion, such as inside a vehicle. We have already conducted field tests in the United States and confirmed its performance. In the U.S. market, we plan to begin mass production of complete ATSC 1.0 solutions incorporating our ICs. This will allow users to watch OTA TV broadcasts simply by retrofitting the system into their vehicles (such as rear monitors in RVs). While coexisting with satellite and cable TV, this solution will fill in the gaps where those services fall short.
